Wild
Wild is one of those places that feels instantly easy with kids — the kind of spot where you can actually relax a bit once you sit down.
Their speciality is spring rolls, and pretty much everything on the menu is some form of one — just with loads of different fillings. Meat, veg, fresh, crispy… there’s loads of choice, which makes it surprisingly great for families. It’s easy to share and easy for little hands to eat.
One of the biggest reasons we love Wild is the outdoor space. They’ve got some low-down tables and a really calm, open layout, which makes it much more forgiving than a traditional sit-up restaurant. Kids can move, shift around, and feel comfortable without it being an issue.
The staff are also brilliant with children. They’ll often bring over toys for the kids to play with while you’re waiting for food, which honestly makes such a difference. It buys you a bit of breathing space and turns waiting time into playtime rather than meltdown time.
The whole place has a relaxed, welcoming feel — not rushed, not fussy, and very used to families being there.
Wild is a great option for an easy lunch or early evening meal if you’re eating out with children.
