David’s Noodles
David’s Noodles is one of those places that turns a simple meal into an experience — especially when you’re there with kids.
The standout is the handmade noodles, which are made right in front of you. Our kids are completely fascinated by it. Watching the dough being stretched, pulled, and transformed into noodles keeps them entertained while you wait and makes the whole meal feel a bit special rather than just functional.
The food itself is comforting, filling, and very family-friendly. Noodles are always a win with kids — easy to eat, familiar, and satisfying — and there’s enough flavour to keep adults happy too.
What really makes David’s Noodles stand out for us, though, is the staff. They’re genuinely kind and incredibly helpful with children. More than once, they’ve happily held our youngest while we ate, which is one of those small gestures that makes a huge difference when you’re out as a family. You never feel rushed or like your kids are a problem.
The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, and it feels like a place that’s very used to families being there. Kids can chat, point, and get excited watching the noodles being made, and it all just feels normal.
David’s Noodles is a brilliant family-friendly option in Phnom Penh — good food, built-in entertainment, and staff who truly make you feel welcome.
