Fern Cafe

Fern Cafe is a really lovely stop if you’re looking for somewhere to grab a drink that still works brilliantly with kids.

We usually come here more for drinks than a full meal, but they do have a small food menu, which is perfect if you need something simple while you’re out. Our kids especially enjoyed the meatballs.

What really makes Fern Cafe stand out for families, though, is the animals. There are sheep, fish, and ducks right there for the kids to look at, which instantly turns a quick drink stop into a mini activity. Our children were completely happy wandering, watching the animals, and pointing things out while we actually got to sit and enjoy our drinks.

Because of that, it feels very relaxed and forgiving with kids. There’s no pressure for them to sit perfectly still, and the animal element keeps them entertained without screens or toys.

Fern Cafe is ideal if you want a calm, kid-friendly place for a drink in Siem Reap that still offers a bit of food and something interesting for children to enjoy. It’s an easy win for parents who want a breather while the kids stay happily occupied.
